"Absolutely awful experience. I would not recommend using this insurance company at all!!! I would like to clarify that YOU cancelled my insurance. You said that my new SC license was not on the policy since I had just moved here. I sent you my SC license numerous times and you said it would be corrected. Then I got notice that my insurance was cancelled...through no fault of my own. I had to pay $185 for a lapse in coverage....just ridiculous....it's a golf cart!!!"

"We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with my State Farm team was not satisfactory. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to addressing any issue. I looked thru the time stamped notes in our system, and we cancelled the golf cart per your instructions on 8/14 when you called in and spoke to Kendra. Kendra asked you at the time for proof of sale that the SC DMV requires when a policy is cancelled within 60 days of starting it. This is a State of SC rule, not our office. Since that was not provided to us by you, the insurance was required by SC law to be in force for 60 days before being cancelled. If you can provide me with the documentation needed, I can fight it for you. I truly want to you to have a great experience with our office. If you can get that to me, I can fight it for you. Please contact us at your convenience so we can discuss what went wrong and find a resolution. We’re dedicated to improving our insurance service."
